These panorama’s were shot on a tiny Aiptek Pencam 2, collaged in Photoshop. These shots were kept raw, no editing whatsoever. Due to the nature of the cheap cmos chip (we are talking 2001 here), the light looks different in every shot, even with only seconds in between.
The randomness was what gave the images their unique looks. Back in the days, for me, it gave of really creative vibes. I couldn’t wait for the next oppertunity to go at it again 🙂
The composition above was shot in Deventer (the Netherlands), when the IJssel river overflowed its banks (around 2001).
